Helen chats to food stylist & culinary history expert Lisa Heathcote - the real-life Mrs Patmore!

Downton Abbey, Cold Mountain, Batman & Outlander are just some of the dramas & films food stylist Lisa Heathcote has worked on, cooking up screen dishes & banquets for stars like Nicole Kidman, Dawn French, Hugh Bonneville & Dame Maggie Smith.

She's currently letting her imagination run wild on the set of the new series of Bridgerton for Netflix.

Lisa worked on Downton from episode one & shares behind the scenes stories of how she not only makes the 20th century fare look the part upstairs and below stairs, but ensures it's historically accurate, edible & survives the studio lights & retakes.
